Home sweet home...

Home sweet home! We are so happy that most of our bags, boxes and barrels are now unpacked. Not everything is sorted yet, but we are getting there. There was lots of work to be done in the house: Floors were put down, new fabric cloth under the ceiling, electricity cables put in plus safety switches, lots of things were painted, cleaned, sorted and repaired. Without our friends and helpers we wouldn’t have managed!!! In between we had a very sick Katie for several days, which meant that we had to carry around for hours each day.

Today we got battery back up lights so we can even have light when the main electricity goes.
